  a child in whose presence a controlled substance has been
  manufactured or possessed by the child's parent, guardian, or
  custodian.

  Relating to limitations on filing medical assistance claims against
  a decedent's estate.

  Relating to insurance fraud by false statement or representation of
  a material fact and making a penalty applicable.
