the workers' compensation law.
Also: That the Senate has on April 10, 2001, passed the following bill in which the
concurrence of the Senate was asked:
House File 383, a bill for an act relating to the designation of model communities in
projects, pilot projects, or similar initiatives undertaken by the governor or the
executive branch.

EXPLANATION OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on April 10,
2001. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on Senate Files
433 and 479.
