1 9 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:

1 11 Section 1. 701 Iowa administrative code, rule 107.16, is
1 12 nullified.
1 13 Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This joint resolution, being
1 14 deemed of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment.
