The House met pursuant to adjournment at 1:10 p.m., Speaker
Siegrist in the chair.
Prayer was offered by Reverend Hill, pastor of Calvary
Evangelistic Center, Independence.
The Journal of Friday, February 2, 2001 was approved.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chris Hennigan, Jamie
Aldrich and the SE Polk sixth grade class. They were the guests of
the Honorable Geri Huser, state representative from Polk County and
the Honorable Speaker pro tempore Sukup of Franklin County.
INTRODUCTION OF BILLS

relating to the confidentiality of and requests for certain information
contained in weapons and pistol or revolver permit applications.

act regulating the use of cellular telephones by minor drivers and
