H.S.B. 31 State Government
Providing that certain financial information of certain foundations
which support state institutions is a public record.
H.S.B. 32 State Government
Authorizing certain criminal history and abuse record and registry
access to the department of inspections and appeals for purposes of
data verification and record checks of applicants for employment with
the department.
H.S.B. 33 Ethics
Relating to the rules governing lobbyists in the House of
Representatives.
H.S.B. 34 Ethics
Relating to the House Code of Ethics.
H.S.B. 35 Ways and Means
Relating to the allocation to Iowa of income earned by an S
corporation, for purposes of the state individual income tax, and
including a retroactive applicability date provision.
H.S.B. 36 Transportation
Making corrective transportation-related Code changes relating to
temporary restricted permits and temporary entry and exit permits,
child restraint devices in motor vehicles, unsatisfied judgments, and
bulk liquid transport.
