2 1. Page 1, line 10, by inserting after the word
3 "section." the following: "If the commission adopts a
4 mourning dove hunting season, the season shall not
5 begin prior to September 15 of each year."
A non-record roll call was requested.
The ayes were 41, nays 53.
Amendment H-1002 lost.
Mascher of Johnson offered amendment H-1003 filed by her as
follows:

4 establish a hunting season for the bobwhite, American
5 woodcock, and sora rail."
Mascher of Johnson offered the following amendment H-1009, to
amendment H-1003, filed by her from the floor and moved its
adoption:

1 Amend the amendment, H-1003, to House File 43 as
2 follows:
3 1. Page 1, line 4, by striking the words
4 "bobwhite, American" and inserting the following:
5 "mourning dove."
6 2. Page 1, by striking line 5.
Amendment H-1009 was adopted.
Mascher of Johnson asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw amendment H-1010, to amendment H-1003, filed by her
from the floor.
Mascher of Johnson moved the adoption of amendment H-1003, as
amended.
