  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5116, to Senate File 2267 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 13 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 1, by striking lines 15 and 16 and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "judicial districts.  The
  1  7 plan shall not take effect"."
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, line 15, by inserting before the word
  1  9 "amends" the following:  "accepts or".
