  1  1    Amend Senate File 98 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 12 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. 100.  Section 96.7, subsection 12, paragraph
  1  5 d, Code 2001, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    d.  This subsection is repealed July 1, 2001 2004,
  1  7 and the repeal is applicable to contribution rates for
  1  8 calendar year 2002 2005 and subsequent calendar years.
  1  9    Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  Section 100 of this Act
  1 10 takes effect June 30, 2001."
  1 11    #2.  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1 12 word "disaster" the following:  "and by continuing the
  1 13 employment security administrative contribution
  1 14 surcharge and providing an effective date".
  1 15    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
