  1  1    Amend Senate File 62 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 137F.2, subsection 6, Code
  1  5 2001, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    6.  3-201.11(B) shall be amended to allow food all
  1  7 of the following:
  1  8    a.  Food that is prepared by a home food
  1  9 establishment licensed under chapter 137D to be used
  1 10 or offered for sale.
  1 11    b.  Honey that is stored; prepared, including by
  1 12 placement in a container; or labeled on or distributed
  1 13 from the premises of a residence."
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
