  1  1    Amend Senate File 62 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act shall take
  1  5 effect on the enactment date of an Act permanently
  1  6 designating the city of Sioux City, Iowa, as the
  1  7 "Honey Capital of Iowa"."
  1  8    #2.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1  9 word "residences" the following:  "and providing an
  1 10 effective date".
  1 11    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
