  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8299, to Senate File 2190,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 44, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "care." the following:  "However, the apportionment
  1  6 authorized by this paragraph shall not apply to those
  1  7 workers who are generally engaged in "high-injury-
  1  8 risk" industries in which multiple injuries over an
  1  9 individual's work life would be anticipated.  The
  1 10 workers' compensation commissioner and the labor
  1 11 commissioner shall jointly identify on an annual basis
  1 12 which industries are high-injury-risk industries."
