  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8299, to Senate File 2190,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 29, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "disability" the following:  ", or if the preexisting
  1  6 functional loss or preexisting industrial disability
  1  7 resulted from a congenital defect or condition
  1  8 regardless of when the defect or condition manifested
  1  9 itself or became apparent".
