  1  1    Amend Senate File 2190, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 4 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 85.27, subsection 1, Code
  1  6 Supplement 2001, is amended to read as follows:
  1  7    1.  The employer, for all injuries compensable
  1  8 under this chapter or chapter 85A, shall furnish
  1  9 reasonable surgical, medical, dental, osteopathic,
  1 10 chiropractic, podiatric, physical rehabilitation,
  1 11 vocational rehabilitation, nursing, ambulance and
  1 12 hospital services and supplies therefor and shall
  1 13 allow reasonably necessary transportation expenses
  1 14 incurred for such services. The employer shall also
  1 15 furnish reasonable and necessary crutches, artificial
  1 16 members and appliances but shall not be required to
  1 17 furnish more than one set of permanent prosthetic
  1 18 devices."
