1 2 #1. Page 1, by striking lines 21 through 23 and
1 3 inserting the following: "and consistent with model
1 4 energy codes and standards developed by a nationally
1 5 recognized organization in effect on or after the
1 6 effective date of this Act. A governmental
1 7 subdivision that adopts or enacts a minimum energy
1 8 standard which is substantially in accordance and
1 9 consistent with model energy codes and standards
1 10 developed by a nationally recognized organization
1 11 shall adopt or enact any update or revision to the
1 12 model energy codes and standards."
1 13 #2. Page 1, by striking lines 29 through 31 and
1 14 inserting the following: "and consistent with model
1 15 energy codes and standards developed by a nationally

1 17 effective date of this Act. A governmental
