1 4 figure "12.72A VISION IOWA" and inserting the
1 5 following: "72.6 PUBLIC".
1 6 #2. Page 1, by inserting after line 7 the
1 7 following:
1 8 "__. "Public funds" means moneys from the vision
1 9 Iowa fund created in section 12.72 and moneys
1 10 collected through a local sales and services tax for
1 11 school infrastructure as provided in chapter 422E."
1 12 #3. Page 1, by striking line 15 and inserting the
1 13 following: "public funds."
1 14 #4. Page 1, by striking lines 17 and 18 and
1 15 inserting the following: "contrary, public funds
1 16 shall not be disbursed to any public contracting
1 17 entity".
1 18 #5. Title page, lines 1 and 2, by striking the
1 19 words "moneys from the vision Iowa fund" and inserting
1 20 the following: "public funds".
