1 3 #1. Page 1, by striking lines 19 through 28, and
1 4 inserting the following:
1 5 "g. Death of a person who was prediagnosed as a
1 6 terminal or bedfast case who did not have a physician
1 7 in attendance within the preceding thirty days; or
1 8 death of a person who was admitted to and had received
1 9 services from a hospice program as defined in section
1 10 135J.1, if a physician or registered nurse employed by
1 11 the program was not in attendance within thirty days
1 12 preceding death.""
