  1  1    Amend House File 2111 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 31 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  236.21  INDUCEMENTS TO
  1  5 VIOLATE PROTECTIVE ORDER – COURT RELIEF.
  1  6    The department of justice shall establish a
  1  7 procedure for the defendant against whom a protective
  1  8 order has been issued to report and request relief
  1  9 from any attempt on the part of the plaintiff to
  1 10 induce the defendant to violate such protective order
  1 11 including, but not limited to, instructions on who to
  1 12 contact if the plaintiff attempts to make contact with
  1 13 the defendant.  The court shall provide written notice
  1 14 concerning this procedure to the plaintiff and the
  1 15 defendant upon the issuance of the protective order."
  1 16    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
