  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 23, by striking the words and
  1  5 figures "applies retroactively to January 1, 2002" and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "takes effect January 1,
  1  7 2003".
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, line 33, by striking the words "a
  1  9 retroactive" and inserting the following:  "an".
