1 4 #1. Page 2, line 4, by inserting after the figure
1 5 "14" the following: "and inserting the following:
1 6 "e. The next $312,000 shall be allocated to the
1 7 information technology department. Of this amount,
1 8 $252,000 shall be utilized for lease-purchase costs
1 9 related to the justice data warehouse technology
1 10 project, and $60,000 shall be transferred to the
1 11 division of criminal and juvenile justice planning of
1 12 the department of human rights for 1.00 FTE to provide
1 13 support for the justice data warehouse technology
1 14 project.""
1 15 #2. Page 2, by striking lines 17 through 30 and
1 16 inserting the following:
1 17 "# . Page 6, line 9, by inserting after the word
1 18 "account." the following: "Of the funds appropriated
1 19 to the pooled technology account pursuant to this
1 20 subsection which remain after the deposit to the
1 21 general fund of the state specified in unnumbered
1 22 paragraph 2, $312,000 shall be allocated to the
1 23 information technology department for lease-purchase
1 24 costs related to the justice data warehouse technology
1 25 project."
