  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1684, to Senate File 528, as
  1  2 passed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 16 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 8, by inserting after line 10 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Sec.    .  Section 452A.3, Code 2001, is amended
  1  8 by adding the following new subsection:
  1  9    NEW SUBSECTION.  7.  For the fiscal year beginning
  1 10 July 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2002, the taxes on
  1 11 fuel provided for in this section shall be decreased
  1 12 by ten cents per gallon."
  1 13    #   .  Title page, line 5, by inserting after the
  1 14 word "moneys," the following:  "temporarily decreasing
  1 15 certain fuel taxes,"."
  1 16    #2.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
  1 17 internal references as necessary.
