  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 1 through 14, and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  Section 144.29A, Code 2001, is
  1  5 repealed.
  1  6    Sec.    .  Section 144.52, subsection 7, Code 2001,
  1  7 is amended by striking the subsection."
  1  8    #2.  Title page, line 1, by striking the words
  1  9 "information to be included in" and inserting the
  1 10 following:  "the repeal of".
