Senator Tinsman offered amendment S-5610, filed by her from the floor to pages 1, 2, and 5-10 of House amendment S-5387. Senator Rife offered amendment S-5614, filed by him from the floor to page 1 of amendment S-5610 to House amendment S-5387, and moved its adoption. A record roll call was requested. On the question "Shall amendment S-5614 be adopted?"
