The bill, having received a constitutional majority, was declared to have passed the Senate and the title was agreed to. IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED Senator Hedge asked and received unanimous consent that House Files 2351 and 2562 be immediately messaged to the House. CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION (Regular Calendar) Senator Hedge asked and received unanimous consent to take up for immediate consideration Senate Resolution 127. Senate Resolution 127 On motion of Senator Bartz, Senate Resolution 127, a resolution requesting an interim study of issues relating to increasing the demand and availability of renewable reformulated fuel, was taken up for consideration. Senator Kibbie offered amendment S-5607, filed by Senators Kibbie, Rife, and King from the floor to pages 1 and 2 of the resolution, and moved its adoption. Amendment S-5607 was adopted by a voice vote. LEAVE OF ABSENCE Leave of absence was granted as follows: Senator Kramer, until she returns, on request of Senator Jensen. BUSINESS PENDING Senate Resolution 127 The Senate resumed consideration of Senate Resolution 127. Senator Bartz moved the adoption of Senate Resolution 127, as amended, and requested a record roll call.
