1 1 Amend Senate Resolution 127 as follows:
1 2 #1. Page 1, by inserting after line 13 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "WHEREAS, it is important to capture the greatest
1 5 benefit from opportunities which rely upon the
1 6 creation of synergies between such value-added
1 7 ventures, and".
1 8 #2. Page 2, by inserting after line 4 the
1 9 following:
1 10 "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the interim study
1 11 committee consider strategies to support renewable
1 12 fuel production facilities which manufacture
1 13 coproducts used to feed livestock, and specifically
1 14 cattle, kept in facilities operating in conjunction
1 15 with the renewable fuel production facilities, by
1 16 encouraging local agricultural producer-led ventures
1 17 formed on a cooperative basis; and".
1 18 #3. Page 2, by striking lines 6 and 7 and
1 19 inserting the following: "representing motor vehicle
1 20 fuel dealers, cooperative associations, and farmers,
1 21 including corn growers and livestock producers,
1 22 cooperate with the interim".
