  The Senate resumed consideration of House File 2378, a bill for
  an act relating to requirements of and authorizations for schools and
  area education agencies, and providing an effective date, previously
  deferred.

  Senator Lamberti asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw amendment S-5406, filed by him from the floor to page 3 of
  the bill.

  MOTION TO RECONSIDER ADOPTED

  Senator Rehberg called up the motion to reconsider the vote by
  which amendment S-5303 to House File 2378 failed to be adopted by
