  Senator Connolly asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw amendment S-5098 filed by him from the floor to page 21
  of the bill.

  Senator Szymoniak asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw amendment S-5051 filed by her on March 1, 2000, to page
  26 of the bill.

  Senator Drake offered amendment S-5069, filed by Senators
  Drake et al. on March 7, 2000, to pages 40 and 43 of the bill and
  moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-5069 was adopted by a voice vote.
