  related to
  forcible entry and detainer actions.

  Recommendation:  APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

  McCoy,
  McKibben, and Miller.  Nays, none.  Absent or not voting, 4:  Hammond,

  *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau reported
