Metcalf of Polk asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw amendment H-9099, to amendment H-9097.
Huser of Polk offered the following amendment H-9101, to
amendment H-9097, filed by her and Sunderbruch of Scott from the
floor and moved its adoption:

1 Amend the amendment, H-9097, to Senate File 2433,
2 as passed by the Senate, as follows:
3 1. Page 1, by inserting after line 45 the
4 following:
5 " . The next $200,000 shall be allocated to the
6 department of management for developing budget system
7 programs for township trustees."
8 2. Page 2, by striking lines 42 through 44.
9 3. By renumbering as necessary.
