1 Amend Senate File 2453, as amended, passed, and
2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
3 1. Page 16, line 13, by striking the words
4 "natural or constructed lakes" and inserting the
5 following: "a natural or constructed lake or to a
6 portion of a river".
7 2. Page 16, line 17, by inserting after the word
8 "lake" the following: "or portion of the river".
