  1  5 following:  "a natural or constructed lake or to a
  1  6 portion of a river".
  1  7    #2.  Page 16, line 17, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "lake" the following:  "or portion of the river".
  1  9    #3.  Page 16, line 18, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "lake" the following:  "or portion of the river".
