  1  7 following:

  1  9       MARINE FUEL TAX MONEYS IN THE GENERAL FUND
  1 10             DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
  1 11    Sec.    .  There is appropriated from the general
  1 12 fund of the state any moneys credited to or deposited
  1 13 in the general fund of the state and tracked by the
  1 14 department of management pursuant to section 8.60 as
  1 15 moneys which under law were deposited into the marine
  1 16 fuel tax fund pursuant to section 452A.79, Code
  1 17 Supplement 1993, to the department of natural
  1 18 resources for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000,
  1 19 and ending June 30, 2001, to be used for the dredging
  1 20 and renovation of natural lakes in this state.
  1 21    Notwithstanding section 8.33, moneys appropriated
  1 22 in this section of this Act shall not revert, but
  1 23 shall be available for use by the department in
  1 24 subsequent fiscal years for the purposes designated in
  1 25 this section."
