follows:

2 1. Page 37, by inserting after line 34 the
3 following:
4 "Sec. . Section 262.9, Code Supplement 1999, is
5 amended by adding the following new subsection:
6 NEW SUBSECTION. 30. Limit each institution of
7 higher learning under the board to the provision of
8 sabbaticals for not more than four and one-half
9 percent of the institution's eligible employees."
10 2. By renumbering as necessary.

8526 was not germane.
