  1  2    #1.  Page 37, by inserting after line 34 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 262.9, Code Supplement 1999, is
  1  5 amended by adding the following new subsection:
  1  6    NEW SUBSECTION.  30.  Limit each institution of
  1  7 higher learning under the board to the provision of
  1  8 sabbaticals for not more than four and one-half
  1  9 percent of the institution's eligible employees."
