IMMEDIATE MESSAGES

Barry of Harrison asked and received unanimous consent that the
following bills be immediately messaged to the Senate: House Files
2430, 2435, 2471 and 2506.

House File 2474, a bill for an act providing for the adoption of
administrative rules incorporating a health services component in the
general accreditation standards applicable to school districts, was
taken up for consideration.

Mascher of Johnson asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw amendment H-8103 filed by Mascher, et al., on February
29, 2000.
