Nelson-Forbes of Marshall offered the following amendment H-
8124 filed by her and moved its adoption:

H-8124

1 Amend House File 2474 as follows:
2 1. Page 1, by striking lines 4 through 6 and
3 inserting the following: "2001, to require school
4 districts and accredited nonpublic schools to adopt
5 local policies relating to health services, media
6 services programs and guidance programs, as part of
7 the general accreditation standards applicable to
8 school districts pursuant to section 256.11."
9 2. Title page, by striking lines 2 and 3 and
10 inserting the following: "requiring school districts
11 and accredited nonpublic schools to adopt policies
12 relating to health services, media services programs
13 and guidance programs as part of the accreditation
14 standards applicable to school districts."

Amendment H-8124 was adopted.

Nelson-Forbes of Marshall moved that the bill be read a last time
now and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill
was read a last time.
