Senate File 2266, a bill for an act relating to the department of public defense by
changing the number and qualifications of general officers in the Iowa national guard
and increasing the membership of the emergency response commission and providing
an effective date.

Also: That the Senate has on February 28, 2000, passed the following bill in which
the concurrence of the House is asked:

Senate File 2294, a bill for an act relating to payment of education costs for certain
juvenile facilities and providing an effective date.
