supported services provided by a county including the payment of
county law enforcement salaries and expenses.

House File 2243, by Larson, a bill for an act relating to the
criminal penalties for a person under legal age who purchases,
attempts to purchase, or possesses an alcoholic beverage.

MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE
The following messages were received from the Senate:
Mr. Speaker: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the Senate has on
February 10, 2000, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House is
asked:
Senate File 2089, a bill for an act relating to collection of the physical plant and
equipment property tax levy in certain urban renewal areas and providing an
applicability date.
Also: That the Senate has on February 10, 2000, adopted the following resolution in
which the concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate Concurrent Resolution 103, a concurrent resolution relating to the
observation of the decade of the bone and joint.
