INTRODUCTION OF BILLS
House File 2190, by Brunkhorst, a bill for an act relating to the
disbursement and accounting of child support payments made to the
clerk of the district court or to the collection services center and
providing penalties and effective dates.
Read first time and referred to committee on human resources.
House File 2191, by Shoultz, a bill for an act eliminating an
option to cast votes on a proportional basis in drainage district
elections, providing the right to petition for new elections, and
providing an immediate effective date.
Read first time and referred to committee on agriculture.
House File 2192, by Dolecheck, a bill for an act relating to the
creation of a youth sports and health information program and
providing an appropriation.
Read first time and referred to committee on appropriations.
House File 2193, by Dotzler, a bill for an act relating to the
required methodology to be used under the medical assistance
program for reimbursement of home health agencies.
Read first time and referred to committee on human resources.
