Relating to regulation and inspection of health care facilities
including the establishment of a quality-based inspections system.
H.S.B. 621 Human Resources
Eliminating certain programs and duties of the department of public
health relating to the collection and delivery of venereal disease
prophylactic samples, the reporting of spontaneous termination of
pregnancy data, the primary care collaborative work group, the
maintenance of health profession licensure registry books, and
licensure as a practical nurse based on a course of study.
H.S.B. 622 Human Resources
Relating to dependent adult abuse reports, investigations, and
criminal penalties.
H.S.B. 623 Human Resources
Relating to child and family services administered by the department
of human services.
H.S.B. 624 Human Resources
Relating to regulation of health care facilities and hospitals, including
provisions relating to child and dependent adult abuse and criminal
record checks and record examinations, and the penalties assessed for
violations.
H.S.B. 625 Judiciary
Relating to parental and school notification by law enforcement
officers when a child under the age of eighteen drives with a blood
alcohol concentration at or above .02.
H.S.B. 626 Judiciary
Relating to knowledge of limitations on authority of managers of
limited liability companies by persons dealing with such companies.
