MR. SPEAKER: The Chief Clerk of the House respectfully reports

Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 539), relating to the authority of the
board of educational examiners over certification and licensing of para-educators and
practitioners.

Fiscal Note is not required.

Recommended Do Pass February 2, 2000.

Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 548), providing for the utilization of
budget enrollment in determining gifted and talented program funding, and providing
an effective date.

Fiscal Note is not required.

Recommended Do Pass February 2, 2000.

On motion by Rants of Woodbury the House adjourned at 1:47
