H.S.B. 571 Judiciary
Relating to DNA profiling.
H.S.B. 572 Judiciary
Providing for recovery of remedies by persons directly or indirectly
injured by certain anticompetitive acts prohibited by law.
H.S.B. 573 Agriculture
To request that the Congress of the United States maintain its
commitment to clean air and the ethanol industry, by maintaining
the oxygenate requirement in the federal Clean Air Act that promotes
the use of ethanol in reformulated gasoline and that Congress and the
United States Environmental Protection Agency cooperate in order to
implement effective standards.
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION
MR. SPEAKER: The Chief Clerk of the House respectfully reports
that the following committee recommendation has been received and
is on file in the office of the Chief Clerk.

COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION
Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 543), prohibiting motor vehicle
manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and importers from being licensed as, owning
an interest in, operating, or controlling a motor vehicle dealer, providing exceptions,
and making a penalty applicable.
Fiscal Note is not required.
Recommended Do Pass January 27, 2000.
