HOUSE STUDY BILL COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS
H.S.B. 534 Appropriations
Relating to energy conservation including making appropriations of
petroleum overcharge funds.
H.S.B. 535 Appropriations
Appropriating federal funds made available from federal block grants
and other federal grants, allocating portions of federal block grants,
and providing procedures if federal funds are more or less than
anticipated or if federal block grants are more or less than
anticipated, and providing an effective date.
H.S.B. 536 State Government
Relating to regulatory duties of the department of inspections and
appeals including those related to hotel inspections and food
establishment and food service establishment inspections and
licensing fees.
H.S.B. 537 State Government
Relating to regulatory duties of the department of inspections and
appeals related to games of skill or chance and raffles and
appropriating certain fees to the department.
H.S.B. 538 State Government
Relating to the duties of divisions within the department of
inspections and appeals and codifying the establishment and duties of
the existing health facilities division.
On motion by Rants of Woodbury the House adjourned at 1:12
p.m., until 8:45 a.m., Thursday, January 20, 2000.
