  moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3501 lost.

  Senator Black asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw
  amendment S-3520 filed by him from the floor, to page 12 of the bill.

  Senator Maddox offered amendment S-3533 filed by Senators
  Maddox, Lamberti and McCoy from the floor, to page 12 of the bill
  and moved its adoption.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-3533 be adopted?" (H.F. 772),
  the vote was:
