UNFINISHED BUSINESS House File 708 On motion of Senator Tinsman, House File 708, a bill for an act establishing a governor's award for quality care in health care facilities, with report of committee recommending passage, placed on the Unfinished Business Calendar on April 8, 1999, was taken %'% up for consideration.
