  ALSO:

  Final Bill Action:  SENATE FILE 472 (SSB 1217), a bill for an act relating
  to a sales
  and use tax exemption for the providing of personal emergency response
  system
  services.

  Recommendation:  APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 11:  Johnson, McKibben, Harper, Bartz, Bolkcom, Connolly,
  Flynn,
