  Final Bill Action:  HOUSE FILE 299, a bill for an act relating to
  applications for
  motor vehicle registration and issuance of certificate of title.

  Recommendation:  DO PASS.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 12:  Drake, Sexton, McCoy, Fink, Fraise, Freeman, Jensen,
  Judge,
  Kibbie, McKibben, Rittmer, and Zieman.  Nays, none.  Absent or not voting,

  McKean.

  Fiscal Note:  NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

  4.	Page 16, line 30, the word and number "Section 16" were changed to the
  word and
  number "Section 21".

  5.	Page 16, line 31, the word and number "Section 200" were changed to the
  word and
  number "Section 22".

  6.	Page 16, line 32, the word and number "Section 21" were changed to the
  word and
  number "Section 28".

  MADAM PRESIDENT:  Pursuant to Senate Rule 21, I report that in engrossing
  Senate File 276 and Amendment S-3049, the following correction was made:

  1.	Page 14, line 19, the words and numbers "Sections 5 through 18" were
  changed to
  the words and numbers "Sections 7 through 20".
