  1  4 RELATING TO APPLICATIONS FOR MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION
  1  5    AND ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF TITLE.

  1  7 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
  1  8 
  1  9    Section 1.  Section 321.20, subsection 1, Code 1999, is
  1 10 amended to read as follows:
  1 11    1.  The name,; social security number or, if the owner does
  1 12 not have a social security number but has a passport, the
  1 13 passport number; driver's license number, whether the license
  1 14 was issued by this state, another state, another country, or
  1 15 is an international driver's license; date of birth,; bona
  1 16 fide residence; and mailing address of the owner.  If the
  1 17 owner is a firm, association, or corporation, the application
  1 18 shall contain the business address and federal employer
  1 19 identification number of the owner.
