  1  2    #1.  Page 11, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  EFFECTIVE DATE.  Sections 5 through 18
  1  5 of this Act, which create new chapter 514J, take
  1  6 effect January 1, 2000."
  1  7    #2.  Title page, line 5, by inserting after the
  1  8 word "process" the following:  ", and providing an
  1  9 effective date".
  1 10    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
