  INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTIONS

  Senate Joint Resolution 6, by committee on Natural Resources
  and Environment, a joint resolution nullifying amendments to an
  administrative rule of the department of natural resources
  eliminating the open season for the commercial harvesting of
  washboard mussels and providing an effective date.

  Read first time under Rule 28 and placed on calendar.

  Senate Joint Resolution 7,  a joint resolution proposing an
  amendment to the Constitution of the State of Iowa removing the
  privilege from arrest for members of the general assembly.

  Read first time under Rule 28 and referred to committee on State
  Government.
