  CONSIDERATION OF BILL
  (Regular Calendar)

  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
  for consideration Senate Joint Resolution 2.

  Senate Joint Resolution 2

  On motion of Senator Lundby, Senate Joint Resolution 2, a
  joint resolution relating to the designation of the Old State Historical
  Building as the Ola Babcock Miller State Office Building, with report
  of committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator Lundby offered amendment S-3017 filed by her from the
  floor to the title page of the bill and moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3017 was adopted by a voice vote.

  Senator Lundby moved the adoption of Senate Joint Resolution 2
  as amended, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

  LEAVE OF ABSENCE

  Leave of absence was granted as follows:

  Senator McCoy for the remainder of the day, on request of Senator Hansen.

  CONSIDERATION OF BILL
  (Ways and Means Calendar)

  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
  for consideration Senate File 9.

  Senate File 9

  On motion of Senator McKibben, Senate File 9, a bill for an act
  relating to the exemption of the sales and use tax on building
  materials, supplies, or equipment of certain rural water districts, and
  providing retroactive applicability and effective dates, with report of
  committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration.
